About Jessica Brown, PhD
Jessica Brown, PhD, serves as a portfolio manager with the Southwest Comprehensive Center, drawing on over a decade of experience in educational research, evaluation, assessment, advanced statistical methods, and strategic dissemination. In her role with the Center, she supports state educational agencies (SEAs) in developing comprehensive, relevant guidance and resources on high-priority topics such as improving attendance and implementing high school graduation requirements. Through this work, Jessica strengthens the capacity of her SEA partners and supports districts and schools with effective, evidence-based practices and data use routines.
