About Jocelyn Franke, MPAff, PMP
Jocelyn Franke, MPAff, PMP, serves as a project lead for the Southwest Comprehensive Center and brings ten years of experience supporting states through the Comprehensive Center Network. Her background as a classroom teacher and her experience translating education research into policy and practice enable her to understand on-the-ground realities of implementation and the rigor required for high-quality research—two core priorities of the Southwest Comprehensive Center. In her current role, Jocelyn focuses on building state capacity to implement streamlined systems and deliver meaningful professional learning opportunities for educators.
