Important Update

We regret to announce that effective February 19, 2025, the Southwest Comprehensive Center has lost its funding from the U.S. Department of Education. Consequently, website updates and maintenance are currently paused. We are committed to exploring all possible avenues to continue our support in the Southwest. We appreciate your understanding.

Our Areas of Work: School and Community Health

This information is reflective of the 2019-2024 cohort of the Comprehensive Centers Program. Southwest CC updates coming soon!

Schools are uniquely situated to identify student’s needs, provide tiered supports, and connect students and families with resources to address needs. Mental health and well-being are foundational elements to student academic success, which is why we enthusiastically support state education agencies to implement school-based social, behavioral, and mental health supports at the local and state level.
