Educational coherence is an intentional approach that brings together instructional systems, programs, and educators to align curriculum, programming, and staffing, ultimately advancing student learning and academic achievement.

This toolkit provides resources to assist leaders and their staff in understanding how to achieve greater coherence in their educational practices. Meticulously curated by a team of national experts collaborating through the National Comprehensive Center, this toolkit aims to pinpoint and share strategies for fostering coherence within schools and districts. Sherelle Foust, MEd, serves as the representative from the Southwest Comprehensive Center, contributing significantly to these endeavors.
