Region 14 Comprehensive Center Projects Alignment to the “Raise the Bar: Lead the World” Focus Areas

In 2023, the U.S. Department of Education launched “Raise the Bar: Lead the World,” a call to action to transform P-12 education and unite around what truly works to advance educational equity and excellence. The Region 14 Comprehensive Center (R14CC) is proud to support this initiative and this document demonstrates how R14CC's year 5 projects are aligned to the three Raise the Bar: Lead the World focus areas.

The three Raise the Bar focus areas encourage districts and academic institutions to achieve academic excellence, boldly improve learning conditions, and create pathways for global engagement. This framework informs and shapes R14CC projects within our states, and supports the success of districts, state, and local education agencies in their effort to create lasting pathways for students.
